These terms cover your use of One Game at a Time. By playing or creating an account you agree to them. They're written to be short and readable.

A fan project

One Game at a Time is an independent, free hobby project made by football fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, the English Football League, UEFA, FIFA, or any club, player or manager. Club, competition and player names are used only to identify them in quiz questions. Club names, crests and trademarks belong to their owners; any crest shown is credited on our crest credits page. If you own a trademark or image and want it removed, email us and we'll act promptly.

Who can use it

Anyone can play as a guest. You must be 13 or over to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Playing fair

  • Don't cheat, automate play, exploit bugs or try to get answers before they're revealed.
  • Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the site.
  • Display names, team names, group and league names must not be offensive, hateful, impersonating or misleading. We may rename or remove them.

We may reset scores or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Games, scores and Predictions

Everything here is just for fun: there are no prizes, stakes or payments. Football data comes from public sources and may contain mistakes. We may correct puzzles, reissue a day's challenge or adjust scores when we find an error. Predictions deadlines are set by the site and shown on the Predictions page.

Emails

Reminder emails are opt-in. You can turn them off in your settings or with the unsubscribe link in every email.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or retire games. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss from using it. Nothing here affects rights you have by law.

Your account

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@onegameatatime.example. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
